FAQ

Where do your products come from?

We use a range of different suppliers for each individual product to ensure that you receive the most ethically sourced, carbon offset and quality products. We take great pride in using suppliers that make a difference to the planet and the communities around them.

How does buying a product from you make a difference?

Firstly, you as an individual resident of planet earth will be taking a step towards producing less waste, not contributing towards deforestation and the destruction of the eco-system or polluting our oceans with single use plastics.

Secondly, each of our supplies works towards making an impact on a larger scale. For example, for every Dish Washing Brush you purchase the maker plants another tree helping to fight global warming and for every coconut bowl you purchase you help communities in poverty in Southern Vietnam. What delivery times can I expect?

Our products come from all over the world and many are hand made by individuals in communities as far away as Vietnam, Germany and Japan! They have travelled a long way and we try to use suppliers that carbon offset their shipping methods. Some of these areas are already vulnerable to the effects of climate change and some times that means shipping slows down. We hope to get your product to you as fast as we can so that you can take the next step in doing your bit for the planet. If delivery times are not quite what you hoped for or you need your product super quick, please get in touch and we will be happy to help if we can. We’re all trying to make the right changes for the planet and our families, so let’s work together.

What if I need to return an item?

If you receive an item and there is an issue please get in touch within seven days of delivery and we will be happy to discuss your options. We can accept returns up to 21days after delivery and the item must be unused, undamaged and in it’s original packaging for us to be able to issue the refund. Unless the item is faulty it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of returning the item to our base camp in South Wales.  We are passionate about supplying quality, ethically sourced and eco-friendly items to those wanting to make the right choices for our planet. If you shop with us, you’re our kind of people so if there is a problem we will do our best to resolve it quickly.

What kind of packaging can I expect?

We are truly passionate about making a difference to the planet we live on and we work hard to reflect this in all aspects of our business where possible. We are absolutely committed to reducing plastic waste and ensuring our packaging is recyclable whilst ensuring that your newly purchased item remains safe and sound during transportation. Sometimes this is a careful balancing act but we can assure you we research our packaging options thoroughly.

Top Tip: Kraft paper and cardboard, scrunched up, make great air pockets in your composter to assist the process of making good quality garden compost from your kitchen waste.

What if I need the item gift wrapped?

We offer a sustainable gift wrapping service and decorate your product with dried herbs, foliage or flowers from our very own woodland along with raw, recycled raffia and good quality kraft paper that can all be reused in the home! If thats not your thing they are all fully biodegradable so won’t add to the planet’s landfill problem. Kraft paper, scrunched up, makes great air pockets in your composter to assist the process of making good quality garden compost from your kitchen waste. Our wrapping choices change seasonally to offer the most sustainable and appropriate decoration our slice of woodland has to offer.
